The Crescent is the bag Cèlene was built around — the silhouette every later drop is measured against. A sculpted moon-arc seam, a hand-rolled top handle, an unlined interior so the leather can breathe and age. Re-cut for each capsule, in the colors the collaborator chooses.
The shape
Two arcs, one curve, one seam. The top of the bag traces a perfect crescent moon — the bottom mirrors it inversely. The result holds its shape without an internal frame: the geometry does the work that hardware usually does.
The handle
A single hand-rolled handle, set off-center, so the bag hangs at an angle you can read across a room. We tested twenty handle positions before settling on this one.
The leather
Full-grain Italian calfskin, vegetable-tanned in Tuscany over six weeks. We don't use chrome tannage, bonded leather, or synthetic coatings. The bag will patina. That's the point.
The lining
There isn't one. Unlined construction lets the leather breathe and lets you see the build — which is also our quality guarantee. If a stitch is wrong, you'll spot it before we ship it.
